Thinking of overhauling

Because I need something else to do (ha), i’m thinking of overhauling this blog. New name, possibly a new domain, new look. Prune out the old posts. Post new and interesting things. We’ll see…

Since Friday, I have listed 7 items at Etsy. I’ve sold three of them. Yay me.

Vintage Linens

I found these linens in a storage box in my basement, brought over from my dad’s house when he died. Turns out, they were made by my dad’s grandmother as a wedding gift for my parents. My mom didn’t want to use them, a fact which annoyed my great grandmother, as she was not the type to want to save pretties, but to use them.

So we’ve decided to use them.

Wally’s Leg Warmers

 

Here’s a pic of Wally in one of his pairs of leg warmers. The ones on the left are short – the ones on the right go all the way up his legs, but the short ones are plenty long for every day use.

I’m already loving them, because when we get in the car, his pants always ride up and leave his little legs exposed to the cold. The leg warmers help fill in that space between pants and socks.
